Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of $25, which covers up to 20 lbs of laundry. Orders below this weight will still be charged the minimum amount.

What happens if my laundry is lost or damaged?

Duffloo takes special care to prevent loss or damage to your laundry. However, in the unlikely event it occurs, your order is protected under our Loss and Damage protection plan.

What is your pickup and delivery time?

Pickup and delivery are available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. Orders picked up before 4 PM are delivered the next day by 8 PM.

Do you provide laundry service for big items like pillows and comforters?

Yes, Duffloo washes big items for an additional charge of $10 per item, as long as they fit in a regular household washer and dryer.
