A 20 lb order is $30.48 before HST — $25.00 laundry plus a $3.99 Platform Service Fee and a $1.49 Trust & Safety Fee. That, your add-ons and any distance surcharge are itemised before you confirm. A few charges can only be worked out later — a missed trip, a late cancellation, or something found at inspection — and each is named in our Terms.
